A successful entrepreneurial executive with expertise in product strategy, marketing, analytics, sales and customer service management in the retail and consumer packaged goods industries.  Mindy has particularly strong expertise in developing and directing growth/penetration of innovative merchandising, marketing, and analytically-driven solutions. 

Mindy is the Co-Founder and CEO of Hawthorne Markets, an e-grocery venture.  And, she is a Principal with Impulse Marketing Company, an advisory firm focused on helping CPG brands and retailers to innovate/improve merchandising solutions and in-store execution ... leading to increased sales and incremental shopper conversion.

David Asper 

An experienced operating/financial line executive, coupled with significant work with early-stage startups in investing, fund raising, advisory and governance activities.  David serves as non-executive Board Chairman of one of the Group's venture investments, Tipsi, and on the Advisory Board of another, CapLinked.

David serves on The George Washington School of Business Dean's Advisory Board and is working with the Dean and GW's Office of Entrepreneurship  to launch a venture investment course and fund (partnering with early-stage VCs) to advance applied research and investment skill/experience among aspiring entrepreneurs.  

David has recently withdrawn from an Equity Partner role with A.T. Kearney, become now a Senior Partner Emeritus.  His consulting experience focused on client service for multinationals regarding growth strategies, M&A/PMI, and large-scale restructuring/transformation initiatives.  Firm experience also included many years in various Board Member roles (finance committee chairman, partner committee chairman), as CFO, as global operations unit head, as co-manager of venture group, and in numerous practice leadership roles.  

His sector experience is focused on retailing/CPG, high tech, telecom, financial services ... throughout NA, LatAm, Europe and Asia
