Professional Experience

David is a Senior Partner Emeritus of Kearney.  His consulting experience has focused on client service for multinationals regarding growth strategies, M&A/PMI, and large-scale restructuring and transformation initiatives. His experience with the Firm also includes many years in various operating and Firm leadership and board member roles: Finance Committee Chairman, Partner Committee Chairman, CFO, Global Operations Unit Head, Co-Head of Venture Group, and numerous practice leadership roles.  

David has been working with George Washington University’s B-school Vice Dean and GW’s Investment Institute to deliver a highly engaging investing and quant curriculum for undergrad- and graduate-level students.

He sponsors student internship in his venture portfolio companies and has fun as a frequent guest lecturer in the classroom.

Professional Experience

Mindy Asper is the co-Managing Partner of Impulse Marketing Company (IMC), an advisory firm specializing in helping CPG brands and retailers design and execute high-impact merchandising strategies across the store. Under her leadership, IMC has developed an insight-driven approach to merchandising design that has become an industry best practice—particularly in front-of-store program implementation. Mindy collaborates closely with clients to craft go-to-market strategies, build best-in-class solutions, and identify the most compelling insights to bring their brand stories to life.

Prior to IMC, Mindy served in key leadership roles at Market6, a venture-backed startups delivering advanced analytics that enabled retailers and suppliers to collaborate more effectively. As VP of Customer Solutions, she led a team that translated business needs into actionable supply chain and merchandising insights, resulting in increased sales and improved performance. Later, as VP of Product, she spearheaded the redesign of Kroger’s vendor collaboration platform, growing vendor participation from 16 to over 500 partners in under two years. During this period, Market6 earned the #6 spot on Crain’s 2014 Fast Fifty list of Chicago’s fastest-growing companies. In 2016, Market6 was acquired by Kroger and integrated into its analytics subsidiary, 84.51°.

Mindy began her career at Efficient Market Services, a pioneering startup in real-time supply chain and category management analytics. Over the course of her tenure, she rose through the ranks to become SVP of Client Service and Sales, reporting directly to the CEO, and playing a critical role in shaping the company’s growth and industry influence.
